The Arizona Cardinals tailback has been designated to return meaning his 21-day practice window has been opened and he very well could return this week to play the Los Angeles Rams. He has missed the last three weeks with a mild high ankle sprain and will likely only need a minimum IR stay before hitting the field. Upon returning, expect Edmonds to share the load with James Conner who has 5 total touchdowns (2 rushing, 3 receiving) in the three games without Edmonds.
