Although Aaron Rodgers’ broken thumb has dominated the Packers news all week, but the Pro Football Docs have no concerns about his ability to play through the injury. It’s an issue he has played with since Week 5. The Eagles, coming off a close win over the Colts, don’t have many injury issues to speak of.
Green Bay Packers - SIC score 79
The Packers have gotten healthier at wide receiver, but their offensive line issues persist. David Bakhtiari is questionable once again with his knee issues and Elgton Jenkins was hampered by his knee as well this week.
Rodgers’ lingering thumb injury has negatively affected his accuracy, but the Week 5 injury should be mostly behind him by now.
Aaron Jones was limited with shin and glute injuries in practice this week, but should be full go against the Eagles.
On defense, the Packers are without De’Vondre Campbell and Rashan Gary along with Eric Stokes, which could limit their ability to slow Jalen Hurts and Co.
Philadelphia Eagles - SIC score 90.1
Philadelphia’s lone offensive injury is to Dallas Goedert, who is on IR with a shoulder injury he suffered in Week 9.
On defense, No. 3 cornerback Avonte Maddox is on IR with a hamstring injury and a few defensive line backups are out with injury.
No. 1 wideout A.J. Brown picked up an illness on Thursday, but logged a full practice on Friday and should be full go for the game.
This season, the Eagles rank 18th in passing yards and eighth in rushing yards.
The Eagles are favored by 6.5 points at home and the over/under is 46.5, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
