2022 NFL Week 16: Five DFS Targets for the Holiday Weekend

Stefon Diggs Projected FanDuel Points 20.87 ($9,300)

Josh Allen’s favorite target has a prime matchup against Chicago, who carry a pass defense SIC score of 78. The Bears traded away their two best defensive players and their top cornerback is questionable with a finger injury.

Diggs has had two straight down weeks but should return to form against the Bears.

Christian McCaffrey Projected FanDuel Points 18.34 ($9,400)

Kyle Shanahan’s shiny new toy should get plenty of opportunities against a Washington defense with a rush defense score of 80.8. Cole Holcomb is a big absence for the Commanders and McCaffrey should be able to find space in the passing game as well.

CMC has finished as a RB1 for three straight weeks and has a chance to continue that streak against the Commanders.

Isiah Pacheco Projected FanDuel Points 11.67 ($6,700)

Seattle is down its top two nose tackles in Al Woods and Bryan Mone, while Pacheco has gained at least 65 rushing yards in 5 straight games.

Andy Reid likes to use Jerick McKinnon in the screen game, but Pacheco is the clear grind it out back. Seattle has allowed the second most fantasy points to running backs this season and allowed 170 rushing yards or more in four straight games.

Jerry Jeudy, Projected FanDuel points 11.01 ($7,300)

Jerry Jeudy has broken out in his last four games, and this is with different quarterbacks. He had seven receptions for 76 yards last week and caught three touchdowns the week before. In the team's previous four games, he has played at least 74% of the stats with a 25% target share and 50% end zone target share. He's been the Broncos' premiere option on the outside, where he runs about 8% of his routes.

This week Jeudy will face an injured Los Angeles Rams secondary with a 75.9 SIC Score. Look for Jeudy to have a feast this week with a possible return of Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson.

Jaylen Waddle, Projected FanDuel points 11.06 ($7,800)

The fastest wide receiving duo in the NFL is captained by Tyreek Hill, but Jaylen Waddle has back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons as well. Waddle leads the NFL in yards per catch and is ninth in yards after the catch.

Last week he had 114 yards while only catching three passes. The big play threat is the WR12 in fantasy this season, with a 22.2% target share and 28.1% air-yard share.

This week he faces the Green Bay Packers defense, which has an 80.7 SIC Score. Waddle will also play at home this week, so he won't have to worry about playing in the snow for the second straight week.
