Though the 49ers routed the Jets 31-13 last week, the 49ers offense is seriously hurt going back into MetLife to face the Giants. With Jimmy Garoppolo, Raheem Mostert, Tevin Coleman, George Kittle and Deebo Samuel out, they’ll rely on a patchwork cast of weapons. Nick Mullens has proven himself a capable backup, while Jerick McKinnon and Jordan Reed are both finally healthy and productive. We do wonder if this team will be playing with more caution than aggression as they deal with MetLife’s turf for the second straight week.
