San Francisco's pass defense has struggled to stay healthy all season, and this rings true heading into their matchup against the Rams. With Dee Ford, Nick Bosa, Ronald Blair, Solomon Thomas and Ezekiel Ansah down for the count, their pass rush is lacking juice, and their secondary is barely hanging on in the back end. Though Ahkello Witherspoon is back in after dealing with hamstring injury, the 49ers are still missing Richard Sherman and Dontae Johnson, while Emmanuel Moseley and Marcell Harris are listed as questionable. This unit as a whole was exposed by Miami quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick in a 43-17 beatdown, leaving Sean McVay to lick his chops ahead of their divisional matchup.
