Aaron Jones, the Packers starting running back, injured his right knee late in the third quarter against the Seahawks. By video, we did not see a definitive injury mechanism for his knee. He left the game and was deemed questionable to return. A.J. Dillon will take over for Jones if he can't return to the game. The Packers were leading 3-0 when Jones exited the game. Sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson reported that Jones left the blue medical tent "with tears in his eyes" and went to talk with his family in the stands. We always judge the injury mechanism, not the reaction. We await more information on Jones following the game.
Update
The Packers are reportedly worried that Jones suffered an MCL sprain. If the MCL sprain is confirmed he will miss multiple weeks and an IR stint could be on the table.
