Adam Thielen has been ruled out despite early optimism. Given the hamstring issue that forced him from Sunday's game, playing tonight would be a clear hazard. In the big picture, it probably made sense for the Vikings to not turn a mild hamstring into a more significant one with a multi-week absence. The good news is that this should not be an extended absence and I would expect him to play Week nine.
