The Titans cornerback was activated to the 53-man roster today, but he will not play in Thursday night's contest versus the Colts. The Titans had to make the decision to activate Jackson from his knee injury, otherwise he would have been unavailable to be activated this season. His 21-day practice window was up, and it was fish or cut bait situation. The Titans feel like he can return not this week due to the short turnaround. Jackson is active, but he will be one of the seven inactives for Thursday night's contest versus the Colts.
