Peterson, the current number one running back for the Redskins, is in a boot today and not practicing. Reporter Josina Anderson reported that Peterson is suffering from both a grade one mild high ankle sprain and a standard inversion ankle sprain. Peterson seems confident that he will play and I don't doubt him, but given a short week, even if he plays one has to question the effectiveness he will have. We'll have to wait and see, but he does not seem to be a solid play in DFS or season long fantasy this week.
