After Concussion Confirmation, Sidney Crosby Likely Out Game 7

Sidney Crosby was spotted on the ice during the Penguins' Saturday morning practice, but he will likely not be available in Game 7.
Crosby suffered the concussion on this hit from Rangers' defenseman Jacob Trouba on Wednesday, just three days ago.
Pittsburgh will likely have to play a pivotal Game 7 against the Rangers without the three-time Stanley Cup champion.
Crosby has an extensive history of concussions, as we have detailed here.
The Canadian international missed two whole seasons with a concussion in 2011 and missed six games after his last concussion in 2017.
Given his extensive concussion history, his status for next series – if the Penguins move on – is murky at best.
Penguins vs Rangers Game 7 Odds
The Rangers are favored at home in Game 7 and the over/under set at 6.5 goals. The Penguins are +2500 to win the Stanley Cup.
