Green signed his franchise tender with the Cincinnati Bengals and claims he wants to finish his career there. With that being said, a contract extension is eminent. Green missed all of last season with a high ankle sprain which he suffered in training camp. Anytime a veteran player misses an entire season after requiring surgery there is reason for concern, but medically he is fine. Green injured the ankle in the first practice of camp and has had quite some time to recover. Cincinnati is up to date on his medical status as he has been allowed to be in the building and be examined by team doctors. We expect him to be fully healthy this upcoming season and have no concerns related to the ankle sprain. The last time Green played in an entire season, he brought in 46 passes for 6 touchdowns and 694 yards, which was good for 15 yards per reception.
