Saints running backs Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram are both on track to return Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys. Kamara has missed the last three weeks with a left knee MCL sprain, but was a limited participant in practice Monday. Ingram missed the Thanksgiving loss to the Bills with an unknown knee ailment, but practiced fully on Monday.
Both running backs will be welcomed additions to an ailing offense that mustered just six points against Buffalo. They will return with a new quarterback under center, as Trevor Siemian will reportedly give way to Taysom Hill on the depth chart.
The utility man/quarterback is dealing with a foot issue, but hasn't missed practice time last week or this week. Hill may be without left tackle Terron Armstead, but right tackle Ryan Ramczyk looks to have a solid chance to return from his two-game knee absence.
