Alvin Kamara Ruled Out, Mark Ingram Questionable With Knee Injury

Alvin Kamara, the Saints' star running back, will miss his third straight game since suffering an MCL sprain Week 9. Mark Ingram, who the Saints traded for in late October, is questionable for the game with a knee injury. Ingram's knee injury was a new addition to the practice injury report and he missed Thursday's practice. If the former Texans rusher can't play, 24-year-old Tony Jones Jr. would start. The Saints are already down their starting left guard, right tackle, quarterback and tight end, while the Bills defense is mostly intact.
