Cooper had an MRI yesterday which revealed a contusion but no structural damage and he missed practice today. He first injured his knee last week in practice and then aggravated it during the Monday night football game against the Giants. Of course he returned to the game with a touchdown and moved well but the point of worry with Cooper seems to be the excessive media as he should be fine to play. By video, I do not expect a major problem. Often MRIs are precautionary, especially when an injury pops up for a second time. Certainly this is not an ideal sign, but I would not panic yet on Cooper's availability this Sunday versus Minnesota. In fact, I believe he will play, besides the fact that he Cooper missed practice today. This could just be a precautionary rest. There will be more to come later in the week.
