Andre Dillard was injured after coming in to replace Jason Peters, who remains on sideline with a potential illness. By video, Dillard suffered a right knee MCL sprain and hopefully nothing else major. There is a small chance he will return. There is likely a grade 2 or medium grade MCL sprain. No surgery needed, but he will miss some time. The Eagles offense and overall health takes yet another hit.
