The top Vikings linebacker has not practiced since early August due to a knee issue that was never detailed. There's no way to know what the knee injury was, but being inside on an exercise bike doesn't project to playing Week one despite the optimism from Head coach Mike Zimmer. We would anticipate a short absence for Barr heading into the 2021 season and there should be no issues regarding his pectoral tendon tear from last season that cost him 14 games.
