Chiefs linebacker Anthony Hitchens left the game with an elbow injury and went to the locker room. By video, Hitchens likely hyperextended his right elbow on a tackle with just over 12 minutes left in the second quarter. Hitchens entered the game with a knee injury already, thus we doubt he returns today. Ben Niemann will fill in for him.
