Anthony Hitchens, the Chiefs linebacker, was limited in practice on Wednesday after he reportedly underwent a fatty tissue surgery. Kansas City Head Coach Andy Reid provided few details about the procedure, but he did refer to it as an "in-and-out" surgery which happened on Monday. We are not concerned about Hitchens' status for Sunday's game against the Chargers. The 29-year-old suffered also an elbow injury Week 1 against the Browns and left the game. Reid described it as a "tweak" at the time and Hitchens wasn't listed on the team's injury report Week 2. He had 12 combined tackles against the Ravens.
