The big discussion is whether Drew Brees will play. He is listed as questionable and Sean Payton has yet to tab him as the starter. He’s vulnerable to ball security issues or aggravation as defenders are trained to try and strip the ball. It might be safer for the Saints to rest Brees this week with the bye next week. It’s more likely that Alvin Kamara plays than David Johnson or Christian Kirk for the Cardinals. Jared Cook is out ,but the Cardinals have linebacker issues with Jordan Hicks unlikely to play and three other linebackers questionable as well. The Cardinals go into this game winning their last three games.
