The Bengals wide receiver was placed on a spine board after a dangerous-looking hit. Then he was hospitalized, but Tate flew home with the team and he's currently dealing with a concussion. He also is dealing with a cervical strain at this point. Given both injuries, it will be difficult for him to play next week versus the Steelers. The Bengals remain shorthanded at wide receiver. AJ Green is unlikely to play and John Ross is still rehabbing from his SC joint injury.
