Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield left the game in the third quarter and appeared to hurt the same shoulder he injured in Week 2. By video, Mayfield falls on his left arm on a strip sack and dislocates the left shoulder for the second time in four weeks. We have worry for a larger labral tear because this is the second dislocation. Of course Mayfield will try and play through the injury with a tightened harness, but it will be tough for him from a pain management standpoint.
The 26-year-old was 14 for 20 for 208 yards, two touchdowns and one interception before the injury.
Update
Mayfield returned on the next offensive series.
