By video, Baker Mayfield suffered an AC joint sprain on his interception in the fourth quarter. An AC joint sprain is a separated shoulder and it's possible for him to return rather quickly with an injection but may sit out the rest of the game due to how late in the game the Browns are currently. His injury is very similar to the one Sam Darold suffered on TNF. This is an injury to Mayfield's throwing shoulder and his timeline to play next week is tight but it's very possible.
