The Jets first round draft pick injured his left shoulder last week and was suited up as an emergency player. He appears to have a shoulder labral tear based on the type of restraint he was wearing. Fill-in Chuma Edoga also hurt his shoulder in the first series which caused Becton to come in. He left by the end of the first quarter clutching at his left shoulder and appears to be done for the day. This was a game effort by the rookie to try and play through only one week after labral tear. However he should be able to finish the season and could potentially delay having surgery until the offseason.
