The star wide receiver remains out with a concussion. This is his second concussion of the season. With his history of previous concussions it is smart for the Rams and Cooks to be careful in this situation. He’s already been declared out for this week's game. Even with some reports of good news there is no guarantee for a week 11 return, as he still needs clearance from the independent neurologist.
