The Rams star receiver took a hit in the first quarter that will likely keep him sidelined today. You can't judge concussions just by video, but with the current protocol I would be surprised if he returns. Cooks is now officially out with a concussion, his third since 2015. His most recent one was in Week five, but was cleared from concussion protocol before Week six.
