The LA Wildcats number one tight end was taken off the field on a cart and an air cast splint. This often means a fracture has taken place but this really signifies an unstable leg. By video, Barnes appears to tear his patella tendon as he turns to try and lead to make a catch. This likely means surgery and the end of his season. He has had season ending surgery, officially ending his season.
