Broncos RT Bobby Massie Suffers Left Knee MCL Sprain Against Broncos, Unlikely To Return

Bobby Massie, the Broncos starting right tackle, suffered a left knee injury against the Cowbooys and will likely not return. By video, Massie was rolled up on while he was run blocking and he bent over backwards. We believe he has a mid-grade MCL sprain. Massie also missed time last year with a left knee MCL sprain. Depending on the severity, an IR stint could be in play for Massie. Cameron Fleming will fill in at right tackle.

Update

Massie has been ruled out with an ankle injury. This means he likely has a combination high ankle sprain/MCL sprain and will miss multiple weeks.
