The Browns will be without two key contributors when they face the Las Vegas Raiders on Saturday. Elite pass catching back Kareem Hunt will miss the matchup with an ankle injury he suffered Week 14. By video, Hunt appears to have suffered a high ankle sprain and did not return to the contest.
In game and after we thought the injury was more severe but was played down by head coach Kevin Stefanski. Now on Monday, Stefanski tone has changed to fit our original thoughts. We believe he will avoid an IR stint but will surely miss some time.
Slot corner Troy Hill did not return in their win versus the Ravens due to a knee issue that is considered week-to-week.
We did not see a definitive play by video and will monitor for more details but the Browns will sorely miss both players this week. Each absence will negatively effect their SIC scores on both sides of the ball.
