The Buccaneers placed veteran cornerback Richard Sherman on IR Wednesday with a calf injury. Head coach Bruce Arians said Sherman, who hasn't played since Week 6, shouldn't be expected back "anytime soon." Sherman suffered the injury during pre-game warmups ahead of Tampa Bay's (6-3) Week 10 loss to the Washington Football Team. Sean Murphy-Bunting will likely return this week from an elbow injury he suffered in Week 1. He has yet to be reactivated from IR. Carlton Davis is still on IR with a quad injury.
