The new Titans pass rusher was limited practice on Wednesday but returned to full practice on Thursday. This certainly is great news for the Titans however we do not expect a full go for Dupree on Sunday based on limited video from his practice. He clearly favors the right knee, which is the side he had an ACL tear on. During one simulated rush play he clearly favors that side, and is seen with a patella tendinitis type strap on the knee. It seems he has patella tendonitis on his surgical side in addition to his recovery from the ACL injury. It is great to see his full practice and indeed he may play this week, however do not expect Dupree to be his usual self. The former Steeler will probably be most effective from the left side on pass rush plays as he can rush using the healthier side. Dupree will need time to regain his past form and Titans fans may have to wait till later in the season to see a fully effective Dupree.
