Josh Allen and Devin Singletary are both questionable for the Bills. Allen suffered a Week four concussion and Singletary is still dealing with a gimpy hamstring. Buffalo have three players who need to clear concussion protocol before the game. It’s not likely for them to play, but Allen may play as he's done before. I am doubtful about Singletary playing. Tennessee is reasonably healthy, except for some mild injuries that don't affect their grades on the Injury Index.
