Running Backs - Zack Moss has had a good rookie season since being selected in the third round, and is building a solid role alongside Devin Singletary. He did miss 3 games earlier in the year with a toe injury, and has now been placed on IR with a high ankle sprain he suffered in the playoff win over the Colts.
Wide Receivers - Stefon Diggs has been dealing with an oblique injury, but he has played through to massive success, and he will be a big factor in the AFC Championship.
John Brown has been banged up this year, and after missing two games earlier in the season with a knee injury, has missed 5 games and counting with an ankle injury to round out the regular season. He has returned in full for the playoffs.
Cole Beasley sat out Week 17 with a knee injury after not practicing all week. He has since been able to return, and is his old reliable self in this offense from the slot.
Tight Ends - Dawson Knox has been a solid contributor in the passing game, and is their primary receiving tight end. He missed one game each to a calf and concussion issues, he also missed two games on the COVID list, but is heating up as the regular season comes to a close.
Offensive Lineman - The Bills have had some issues on the offensive line, most notably Cody Ford, who missed one game earlier in the year with a concussion and has now been on IR for the past 5 weeks and counting with an MCL sprain and torn meniscus. Fortunately, they have both Daryl Williams and Ty Nsekhe behind him, and depth is not a concern. The interior missed the presence of Jon Feliciano for the first half of the season due to a torn pectoral in the offseason, he has since returned to the lineup.
Linebackers - The Bills' linebacking corps has been banged up this year. Matt Milano has struggled through hamstring and pectoral issues, missing 6 games here and there throughout the season. He returned from a stint on IR in December and appears ready for the playoff push, but the history here matters. Tremaine Edmunds missed Week 2 and is fine now, but they did lose Del’Shawn Phillips for the year with a quadricep injury.
Cornerbacks - Buffalo’s secondary has also had rough patches this year, as Levi Wallace, Josh Norman, and Tre’Davious White have all missed time. Wallace was out from Weeks 5-7 with an ankle injury, Norman missed 4 games with a hamstring to start the year, and another 3 around midseason, both sat on the Reserve/COVID list in Week 10. Tre’Davious White dealt with a back injury Week 5 and missed that game but has had no issues since. All their top corners are healthy at this point in the season, though Cam Lewis and E.J. Gaines ended their seasons on IR.
