Calais Campbell likely suffered a left calf strain on the third play of the game. He held his calf and walked gingery off the field. Campbell injured his calf on a back-step and this will affect his push-off ability, which makes a return unlikely. This may hurt Baltimore against a strong Colts offensive line.
