The postponing of the Broncos-Patriots matchup means that Cam Newton will likely play QB. Had the game proceeded on Monday as planned, there would have been essentially no chance for him to test negative enough times to play, but after the delay he should have time. This is very fortunate for Belichick and the Pats, as Hoyer and Stidham struggled in relief of the MVP passer. Stephen Gilmore's return timeline is less clear however, as he tested positive much later than Cam.
