Zaven Collins, the Cardinals backup left inside linebacker, suffered a right shoulder injury in the first quarter and left the game. By video, Collins tackled Packers running back A.J. Dillon by lowering his right shoulder. Based on the hit, we have significant worry for an AC joint sprain. He has been deemed questionable to return, but could return after taking an injection to manage the pain.
