Trufant had an injury plagued 2019 season but that should not be a problem going forward for him. He ended the year on injured reserve after fracturing his right forearm while also dealing with a previous turf toe injury costing him four games. He should be over both injuries and indeed signed a two year 20 million dollar deal replacing Darius Slay as he was shipped to the Philadelphia Eagles.
