Jeff Gladney reportedly played his entire final collegiate season with a torn meniscus which he later had surgery on after the season. Gladney had his surgery after the NFL combine meaning he is still recovering and assuming there is no articular cartilage damage he should not be penalized for missing time as there will be no offseason workouts due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
