The corner started the 2019 season banged up. Alexander dealt with an elbow issue and missed three of the first five games. He finished the season but missed the team’s two playoff games, as he needed arthroscopic knee surgery. Alexander is now in Cincinnati and should be in position for a bounce back year, which could earn him a long-term deal in 2021.
