The Celtics will be without the Defensive Player of the Year for Game 2 against the Bucks after he suffered a right quad contusion in Game 1.
Marcus Smart Injury Update
The 28-year-old will miss his first game since March 21, leaving the Celtics short handed on the defensive end.
Smart suffered a right shoulder stinger and the right quad contusion on the same play in Game 1, but returned to start the second half.
He finished the game with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, scoring just 3 points in the second half on 1-5 shooting and 0-2 from 3.
DFS Implications
With Smart out, Derrick White (FD $3,900) will likely slot into the starting lineup. Aaron Nesmith ($3,500) and Payton Pritchard ($3,700) will also likely see increased playing time.
Smart's absence on defense may also open up more scoring for the Bucks, namely Jrue Holiday ($8,400), Grayson Allen ($4,800) and Pat Connaughton ($4,200).
Game 2 Odds
The Celtics are 4 point favorites at home against the Bucs and the over/under is 216, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
