Chargers No. 3 corner Asante Samuel Jr. appeared to suffer a head injury on a tackle late in the third quarter. By video, Samuel took a knee to the side of his head from rookie running back Najee Harris. Samuel ran off the field, then was checked out in the medical tent before heading to the locker room. He has been ruled out with a concussion, his second of the season. The 22-year-old had his first concussion Week 8 this season and missed Week 9. Tevaughn Campbell will fill in at cornerback with Samuel out, possibly for an extended period of time.
