The Los Angeles Chargers have five defensive starters on Injured Reserve, and we’re only in week 4. This includes secondary members Derwin James and Chris Harris Jr. Linebacker Drue Tranquil and defensive lineman Justin Jones and Melvin Ingram. It seems as if the Chargers are always fighting the injury bug. The team recently promoted safety Jahleel Addae to the active roster. With Harris out for at least a month, the Chargers will likely lean on Michael Davis a more, while Casey Hayward and Desmond King man the other two cornerback spots.
