The Chargers started the season snake bit with Pro Bowl left tackle Russell Okung out with pulmonary embolism and Derwin James out with a foot fracture. The Chargers seem to be getting worse healthwise as the weeks go by. Their left guard Forrest Lamp is out for the season with a broken ankle which he suffered this Sunday. Two weeks earlier, Mike Pouncey was placed on injured reserve. This clearly affected their ability to punch the ball into the Titans end zone from the one yard line.
