It has been reported the Chase Edmonds hamstring injury will have him out for several weeks indicating a likely Grade 2 moderate hamstring strain. This further explains the trade for Kenyan Drake as they needed a long term replacement with David Johnson and Edmonds ailing. At this point, David Johnson is certain to beat Chase Edmonds back but Kenyan Drake seems to be the starter for the Thursday night game versus the 49ers.
