Washington Commanders center Chase Roullier suffered a right knee injury in the closing minutes of the 36-27 loss to the Lions.
By video, Roullier was rolled up on while pass blocking and appeared to suffer a significant MCL sprain.
Roullier is likely facing a multi-week absence and, depending on severity, could be placed on IR.
Wes Martin, a 2019 fourth-round pick, will likely fill in at center with Roullier out.
The Commanders (1-1) face the Eagles in Washington Week 3.
