Chase Young, Washington's star pass rusher, injured his right leg early in the second quarter against Tampa Bay and left the field without putting weight on it. By video, Young was on a pass rush when he went down with an apparent non-contact injury. A cart came out for Young, but he declined the cart and was helped off the field. He has been ruled out with a knee injury. By limited video angles, we have worry for a torn ACL in his right knee. We hope to be wrong, as that would be a massive blow for the Washington Football Team. Washington is already down Montez Sweat, who is recovering from a broken jaw.
Update
Washington reportedly has worry for a torn ACL for their young star pass rusher. Young will undergo tests tomorrow to further examine his knee, according to head coach Ron Rivera.
