The Kansas City Chiefs placed seven players on the COVID reserve list Tuesday, including star wideout Tyreek Hill.
Hill and the six other Chiefs players join star tight end Travis Kelce, No. 1 corner Charvarius Ward and kicker Harrison Butker on the list after all three players were placed Monday.
Three Chiefs players missed last Thursday's game against the Chargers, but are likely to be back in time for Sunday's matchup against the Steelers.
The 10-day windows for Willie Gay, Chris Jones and Josh Gordon will all be up before Sunday's game and the Chiefs play at home, meaning no potential travel issues.
The Chiefs' top receiving targets, Hill and Kelce, are both vaccinated and eligible to return before the game if they test out.
The NFL adopted a new set of rules last Thursday that eased the return-to-play criteria for vaccinated players.
However, close contacts on the Chiefs will be subject to daily testing, meaning more players will likely be added to the COVID reserve list.
