The Panthers wide receiver was placed on injured reserve on October 2nd and has missed the last 4 games including a bye. He was seen at practice but was later it was determined that he was just working on the side with the training staff. He is eligible to have his 21-day practice window opened at this time. Look for that to be activated before he's activated from injured reserve. After being inactive for the mandatory eight games, Hogan may be getting closer but not quite ready to help the Panthers. He has only three catches for 24 yards in his first season as a Panther.
