Christian Kirksey, the Houston Texans' middle linebacker, injured his thumb in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. Head coach David Culley told reporters after the game that Kirksey "may have fractured his thumb." We didn't see when the injury happened in-game, but Kirksey will undergo an X-ray to determine the severity of the injury. He finished the game and the injury wasn't revealed until after the game. If the X-ray reveals a fracture, he still has a chance to play Week 8 with a cast, depending on the type of fracture.
