Panthers star running back Christian McCaffrey did not practice Wednesday with a hamstring strain he suffered Week 3. Carolina head coach Matt Rhule told reporters Wednesday that the team is confident McCaffrey can return after missing three games. That also means the team thinks there is a chance the fantasy stud running back could return after missing only two games. Even if that chance is very slight, it is worth having McCaffrey take up a roster spot rather than put him on IR. We hope the Stanford alum can begin practicing Week 6, but 22-year-old Chubba Hubbard will start in the meantime. The 3-0 Panthers play the 2-1 Cowboys this Sunday.
