Christian McCaffrey did not practice today and he was listed with a knee injury but this is more likely just a maintenance day. Given his production on the field in the rushing and receiving game it is a well-deserved day off which can allow the Panthers to manage his load throughout the season. At this point there is no indication or worry that McCaffrey will miss his game on Sunday versus the Packers. The elite running back out of Stanford is on his way to an MVP award with 1244 total scrimmage yards and 13 touchdowns in only 8 games.
